Baijan ships both domestically and internationally. Delivery times may vary depending on the destination and courier service. While we carefully oversee the shipping process, Baijan cannot be held responsible for delays caused by customs procedures or courier operations beyond our control.
3. Returns & Exchanges
Returned items must be unworn and sent back in their original packaging. Due to their unique and artisanal nature, custom-made and limited-edition pieces are final sale.
