If for any reason you wish to request a return or exchange, please contact us at infobaijan@gmail.com within 5 calendar days of receiving your order. Requests submitted after this period cannot be accommodated.
Please note that:

Accessories, whether purchased at full price or on sale, are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

Sale items purchased with a discount are non-returnable and non-exchangeable.

Pre-order items may be exchanged only if the requested size is available. If not, a return with a full refund (excluding shipping costs) may be issued.

Custom-made and limited-edition pieces are final sale due to their unique and artisanal nature.
Return and exchange shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a reliable courier service with tracking and insurance, as Baijan cannot be responsible for items lost or damaged in transit.
All returned items must be:

Items that do not meet these conditions cannot be accepted for return.
Once your return is received and approved, refunds will be processed to the original payment method, excluding original shipping fees. Please allow 7–10 business days for the refund to appear on your account.
