Returns & Exchanges

Baijan guarantees the highest quality of every item you order. However, if after receiving your purchase you decide to return or exchange it, you may do so by contacting us at infobaijan@gmail.com within 5 calendar days of receiving your order. Requests made after this period will not be accepted. Please note that exchanges are subject to stock availability.

Accessories, whether on sale or not, cannot be returned or exchanged. Sale items purchased with a discount are also non-returnable and non-exchangeable. Pre-order items may only be exchanged if the requested size is available; otherwise, you may return the item and receive a full refund, excluding shipping costs.


The cost of return or exchange shipping is covered by the customer. We strongly recommend using a reliable courier service and insuring the shipment, as Baijan is not responsible for lost or damaged return packages.


All returned items must be in their original packaging, unworn, undamaged, free of any fragrance, and with all original tags attached. Items that do not meet these requirements will not be eligible for a refund.


Custom-made and limited-edition pieces are non-returnable.


Once your return has been received, inspected, and approved, your refund will be issued, excluding the original shipping fee, to your credit card or original method of payment. Please allow up to 7–10 business days for the refund to appear on your account.
